Privacy policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

This policy explains how Zhejiang Feihu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., operating Weederus at www.weederus.store, collects and uses information when you visit our store, contact us or place an order.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, delivery and billing addresses, optional phone number, order details and support messages. If you create an account, we store account information and a protected password hash. Our server and store software also process IP addresses, browser and device data, visited pages, session identifiers and security logs necessary to operate the website.

How we use information

We use information to process and deliver orders, respond to support requests, manage returns and refunds, maintain your account, prevent fraud, secure the site and comply with recordkeeping requirements. We do not use your contact details for marketing without consent where required.

Payments and service providers

We use PayPal-hosted checkout through the XPay payment service configured for this store. To create and reconcile payments, the payment service receives the order amount, currency, product details, billing and delivery contact information, IP address and browser information. PayPal processes the payment details you enter on its payment pages. We do not collect your card number on Weederus; do not send card details by email. We share only the information needed with hosting providers, payment processors, carriers and professional advisers who help operate the store. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to remember cart contents, maintain login sessions, support checkout and protect the website. These may include WooCommerce cart/session cookies and WordPress authentication cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; cart, account and checkout features may then stop working. We do not currently use advertising pixels or optional advertising cookies. If we add optional analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and provide any required choices before enabling them.

International processing

Our business is based in China. Information may be processed in China and in other countries where our hosting, payment or delivery providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. We use appropriate safeguards and limit access to information needed for the service.

Retention and security

We retain order and transaction records for up to 7 years where needed for accounting, legal obligations or disputes, and retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary. Security logs are retained as required for website protection. We use HTTPS, access controls and software maintenance to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about a copy of your data. We may verify your identity and may need to retain records for legal, security or transaction purposes. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing. We will respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
