These terms apply to use of www.weederus.store and purchases from Zhejiang Feihu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Weederus. Please read them together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

Eligibility and product use

You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your location to place an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use the website lawfully. Garden cutting tools must be used in accordance with the supplied instructions and safety precautions. Keep tools and batteries away from children. Do not use an incompatible charger or battery.

Products and descriptions

The product page identifies the model and kit included with your purchase. Images may illustrate alternative configurations; only the written kit description defines what is included. Manufacturer-listed specifications are provided for identification and do not guarantee results in every environment. Battery capacity, runtime, dimensions and certification claims are not promised unless expressly stated for the listed kit.

Pricing and orders

All prices are in US dollars. Eligible standard shipping is free. Any applicable charges are shown before order placement; we do not add undisclosed post-order fees. We arrange import clearance and cover the duties associated with our shipments. The final checkout total is the amount charged.

Online ordering is available through checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error is discovered, we will contact you and offer cancellation with a full refund rather than substitute an item or increase the price without your consent.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery estimates and supported areas appear in our shipping policy. Contact us promptly to cancel before dispatch. Requests after dispatch follow our return policy. You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns go to China at your expense; we cover approved defective, damaged or incorrect item returns. No restocking fee applies.

Accounts and security

Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been misused. We may restrict access where necessary to address fraud, abuse or unlawful activity. We do not require an account to buy.
