We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. There is no restocking fee. Please contact [email protected] before sending an item so we can provide safe packing and return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

For an unwanted or incorrectly ordered item, return the product unused, undamaged, complete with its battery, charger, wheels and any supplied accessories, and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. Include your order number or other proof of purchase. Normal inspection to verify the product is allowed; damage caused by use, misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered as a change-of-mind return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. We will offer an appropriate replacement or refund. We pay the approved return shipping costs for these issues. These claims are not subject to the unused condition required for change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping costs and destination

Returns are sent to China. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the actual return shipping cost, including any required lithium-battery handling. Cross-border shipping can be expensive; obtain a carrier quote before returning. We do not charge a restocking fee or a processing fee. For approved damaged, defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid method or arrange collection at our cost.

Contact us first for the recipient details and battery-safe instructions. Do not send a damaged or swollen battery through ordinary mail; we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

How to request a return

1. Email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the item and the reason for return.
2. We aim to respond within 2 business days with instructions and the applicable shipping arrangement. We will not use an approval delay to shorten your return window.
3. After receiving the instructions, dispatch an eligible return within 14 calendar days. Pack it securely and use a carrier permitted to transport the battery. Retain tracking and your receipt.

Refund amount and timing

We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt. If approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within the next 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit. If a refund is declined, we explain the reason and provide the available next steps.

An approved return receives the purchase price paid for the returned product. Original standard shipping was free, so no original shipping fee is deducted. You bear the actual return shipping cost only for change-of-mind returns. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we cover the necessary return expense.

Exchanges and cancellations

We replace defective or incorrect items when stock is available; otherwise we offer a refund. For a different configuration, request a return and place a new order after approval. You may cancel for a full refund before dispatch by contacting us. After dispatch, the return process applies.

Consumer rights

This policy does not restrict rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
